3 month old baby with fussiness

I have a 3 month old daughter. I have been to her doctors about 2-3 times a month because I feel that there is something more than her diagnosis.

Her doctor diagnosed her with Colic and Acid Reflux.

She has some symptom like Colic but not everything. She does cry but its whenever she feels like it. She only cries until I put her on her stomach or if I hold her a certain way still with pressure on the stomach.

When she cries, its not a leading up to it, its a full on scream. She used to sleep from 7:30pm all the way up to 6am now I have switched her formula to alimentum for her so called colic and Prilosec for her acid reflux. But there really is nothing changing.

Her stool is getting more mucusy and it could either be a dark dark green or a bright yellowish green.

My mother instincts are telling me that there is more to it and that something else is off and I need someone out of her doctor group or family group and tell me that I am not crazy and that there really is something else wrong with my daughter.
