My boyfriend, Bob, has this diagnosis.
Bob will be 60 next month, and his father died from a stomach aneurysm.
He is having another abdominal ultrasound this week, July 27, 2012, and I hope they can perform surgery on him to correct this, if necessary. He has a free floating hernia, and has had trouble since he had surgery on it, and in my opinion, the doctor screwed it up!
He is eating better, but has had poor eating habits in the past, and is considered obese according to the IBM index. I am worried sick that this diagnosis will kill him.
Can anyone offer any advice because Bob is scared of surgery and I am terrified that I will lose him.
