bad pain in lower right abdomen

Bad pain in lower right abdomen. It is painful if I move around and I would say spasmy type pain, although the pain is constant at some level.
No long term medical problems.
On no medication. only ops were two repaIrs and varicose vein op and i also have been sterilized
Age 63-4 children
