blood in my stool

I am 31 years old. After going for a long call i notice blood in my stool (though at the end of the process and not traces in the stool)
This does not hapen regularly, it may appear for like a week or so then disappear for a while

What you describe sounds like piles or haemorrhoids. Good idea to see your doctor to check your back passage and confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, eating food rich in fibre and trying not to get constipated will most likely help.
