cholelithiasis with distended gallbladder

greetings sir....
my cousin has been conformed with cholelithiasis, her clinical reports saying that she has distended gallbladder, 5-6 calculi of size 5-12 mm.
wall thickening and pericholecystic, fluid collection was noted. what are the repercussions and what is the remedy, plz suggest sir, much waiting for reply and thank in advance
