Continuous Dull Pain in the soft area of right lower abdomen near the hood of pelvic girdle and spreads to the back side of the right hip

I am a male, 30 years old. I am having Dull Pain in the soft area of right lower abdomen near the hood of pelvic girdle and spreads to the back side of the right hip. I have been suffering from it since the last 10 years but still none of the doctors has diagnosed the root cause.Sometimes I also feel dull pain in the tube that passes near the pelvic girdle hood (start of thigh) to the Genital organ. I used to have some adulteration of blood cells in the urine but then it spontaneously got right. Doctors say that the kidney might have passed any stone. I am married,slim and cannot go for intercourse twice in a week or even fortnight as i begin to feel great weakness and pain after having done the intercourse. I feel much pain when i am sitting in chair. I think that this dull continuous pain does not let me to gain weight.

Nearly 10 years back, when it was cumming off, some blood sprouted out instead of semen. Perhaps it might be one of the causes.
