Epiploic Appendagitis: Not Kidney Stones!

Had severe pain in left side.
Urgent care sent me home with a strainer and told me to go to er during the night if pain became unbearable - diagnosis Kidney Stones.
Next morning urgent care said it would be 24 hours before they could send me for CT scans.
Found a wonderful private ER hospital - Physicians PremiER! Felt like a queen with the attention and warm blanket and consideration.
Performed CT scan and within 20 minutes had a printout of all organs and a CD to take home. I did have one 3mm kidney stone, not the problem.
I had a bladder infection - not the problem. Kudos to the radiologist who noticed the epiploic appendagitis!
Now I just don't know where to go from here......still hurts -
