Gas and bloating and pain on right abdomen

Hi...Constantly have gas band bloating especially after eating. I have done an endoscopy and colonoscopy and doctor told me that other than a few polyps in my colon everything looks normal. The doctor diagnosed me with Dyspepsia and IBS. I also have endometriosis and had my ovarian cysts removed 12 years ago. A couple of days ago, I had acute abdominal problem and had to be rushed to the hospital. The pain was so bad that I could not even walk. Because the pain was more on the lower abdomen the doctor suspected it was appendiitis but after a blood and urine test, they ruled it out. Doctor gave me an IV of Controloc and Buscopan. My stomach was so hard and I could not pass wind. After about 10 hours, I could feel movement of gas in my stomach and the pain slowly eased. After passing wind many times, I was ok and had no more discomfort in my abdomen. I get severe abdominal pain every 2 months but usually on the upper abdomen with severe burning pain accompanied by nausea and vomitting. What is wrong with me?? What should I do to improve my condition?
