lower abdominal pains on my left side that feels like someones pulling my organs

No health problems..tubes tied..though. I had the pain for two days now..I have chills,and have had a one day watery diarrhea..stomach is bloated, feeling weak ..what do u think it is. This pain puts me in tears.and I'm no cry baby..the pain is really intense
