Lower left side/back pain, started on right side a week ago

Female 55 yrs old. Low right side started hurting a week ago, then moved to the full back, eased some then this morning started hurting in low left side really bad. BP high 170/99 from pain. Chills today. Full Hysterectomy ten yrs ago. Hospitalize for a week a month ago with Anaphylaxis shock, turned into pneumonia, now this. Haven't done anything to hurt back. Never smoked.
