lower right abdominal pain

Im a 17 year old female and im NOT sexually active but during my previous 2 periods i felt pain only in my right abdomen , before that, all was normal.

i started feeling lower right abdominal pain (or im not sure if it is my lower right back) since last month even when i didn't have periods.

i do not have fever or feel like vomiting. the pain is spreading to my right thigh. everything on the left side is fine. i do not know what is causing this pain.
please help

You will need a scan of your abdomen and pelvis to exclude a right ovarian cyst and endometriosis.
See your doctor to discuss these.

Hey i am 29 years old woman and been ill since last night fever and hurts head and whole body i can eat and drink normally no vomating or diahhrea, i am having a period and feel pain right side under stomach close to the hips but not sure is that cause flu or period joint paim two days now and annoying feeling there. I travelled to other country and worry this!
