Lower right severe pain

I have been suffering from being really uncomfortably bloating for 3 days. I thought I was constipated but then i woke up this morning with severe lower right abdominal pain. It feels like a menstral cramp on steroids. I can't move from lying down position and my knees are up. It shoots pain anytime I move in any direction. Im 28 yrs old and had a csection delivery 22 months ago. Please help I'm in a lot of pain.
