Lower Right side abdominal pain

I have a small nagging lower right lower abdominal pain, it comes and goes. I have not lost my appetite and feel nauseaus. It hurt the other day when I picked up my child but it went away after 30 minutes.
It has been coming and going for the past 4 days. What could it be?
Ovarian? Just muscle stitch? Should it come on again, why not see your Family Physician for a quick examination?
