Mr Tom Menzies
I have had four episodes one of which was in the upper left quadrant, the others under my sternum.
Slight warning of pain onset then severe pain, tender to the touch, feeling unwell,ashen, then relieved by old wifes tale of near boiling water drunk slowly.
Seems to cause burping and flatulence but immediately makes me feel less unwell.
Taking medication for high blood pressure, lisinipril frusemide, dijoxin,omneprazole.
Also suffer from erratic heart rythym.
Had no symptoms for three weeks now. Recent u/s showed several gallstones. GP did not offer medication or painrelief. Suggested laporoscopy best way forward.
