Pain all across my lower abdomen

Ive had really bad pain for the last two weeks in my lower abdomen.

Ive been on my period this whole time which i thought it was super bad cramping but now i think its something to do with my stomach.

Anytime i eat i need to have a BM with in an hour i get super bad pain and it continues for ever. The pain subsides and comes back. My stool can be loose to soft to normal.

Having a BM my stomach hurts so bad i cry. I went to DR they took my blood and urine ruled out pregnancy or uti my WBC were fine no infection then? So I dont know what to do??

i feel like going to emergency room because the pain is so bad tonight. Oh and i usually get bad pain at night and when i wake up.

If this helps, it is also important that you ask to get tested for celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease and specific allergies to other types of food component (s) you might have been eating are the most common likely causes of your symptoms.
