pain hard inside lump

Hello

Two wks pain but has tremendously worsened.
Left side with hard inner lump, approximately 2 inches long...
Tsome pain decreases somewhat if laying on left side arm overhead.
I don't have health insurance. Many other changes in life situations.... son died accidental overdose,lost job, transitional places to live, no income or government health due to age,57...

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am indeed so sorry to hear about the death of your son and other changes in life situations you have experienced.

I also note that you said you have no health insurance.

I am as worried as you are, about you having a sometimes painful lump in your abdomen that has not been seen to.

I will strongly suggest you go into ER at least to be seen and assessed and given a diagnosis. What do you think?
