pain to the upper left abdomen

im doing this for my fiance because she is not with me at the moment, she is with her family. she is 22 years of age. when she was younger, around the age of 9-10 years old, she was diagnosed to have pollops in her colon and ulcers in her stomach.
now she has a dull to sometimes sharp pain, sometimes burnning sensation to her left upper abdomen. she has diarrhea, feelings of throwing up. she is allergic to codine and amoxicillin. we dont have any insurance, please we need help with something. at least knowing what it could be.
