Please help WITH THIS ABDOMINAL PAIN

Please help me, my daughter is 30 weeks pregnant, has had severe upper/mid left abdo pain for nearly two weeks, respite of two days over the past week.
BP a little low to me and last night temp was 35.3
Bloods and urine normal other than minor leucs, US of kidneys bladder clear, bowel is moving per US and she is passing stools and urine with no pain or burning. Everything fine with baby.
Consultant has ruled out kidney stones, constipation and appendicitis and wants to send her home for the third time on morphine.
He cannot detect a cause. Any thoughts? Please give me an email address if you think it appropriate to discuss further. I have never seen someone in so much pain.
