Right Side Abdominal Aches For 2 years

I am a 48 year old male none smoker or drinker and otherwise in excellent heath.

Around 2 years ago I started feeling a lower abdominal sensation like palpitations, and oddly enough started to find it difficult to pass urine at night when seated on the toilet. Since then the feeling has turned to a dull pain on the right lower side of my stomach. Another symptom, periodically, are my ribs feel bruised when pressed.
Not knowing if it is bowl or bladder related, etc I have had all available tests. Scans mri/ct etc. Camera, blood tests, prostate exam and everything is 100%. I now have a dull pain and bloated feeling at all times. I particular feel the pain when I get up in the night to wee. I makes me feel very tired and drawn. To summarize, the pain I feel is like wanting to wee, but not going, permanently holding in you tummy muscles or a mild case of been kicked in your testicles.
