Right Side Abdominal Pain

Male age 49years, no allergies, not excising, weigh about 96kgs, no medical history, not on any medication, non smoker, take one or two ciders occasionally, east everything, spend most of my time driving as sales rep, 6 hour sleeper or less in front of the computer, about 1.6 meters tall, no high blood and it has been six months or less since I had this pain accompanied by chest pains.
