Sharp Pelvic pains after key hole surgury & my appendix removed.

I was diagnosed with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease & had to undergo key hole surgery to make sure there were no lesions or scar tissue on my uterus but they found appendicitis and took out my appendix.
This was Wednesday last week, its now Friday the week later & I'm having different pain, strange pain, it makes me flinch in agony its sharp and intermediate, comes and goes every few seconds to a minute.
They didn't find any scar tissue or imperfections but and I've healed from surgery well. Why could I be having these pains? I'm 19 years old and I'm just sick of being sick I hate being in hospital! Please help! Pain relief like ibprofin and oxycodone isn't working!!
