tightness around belllybutton and a feeling of fullness

I had a panic attack last May according to the ambulance medics and the first Dr. who saw me in the hospital .They tested my blood did xrays and sonogram. Nothing wrong thebdoctor told my sister that I might be having problems with anxiety. I do get very nervous when I have to explain things to people I dont know or believe me. I have had most of the tests twice in the past seven or eight months .now I find out that my gallbladder is excreting at only 25% , six months ago it was at 50%. I am scheduled to have a small bowel follow through. this week. Please if anyone can give me any good news on how to deal with these new problems would be helpful.
