upper abdominal pain between rib cage

hi i have been having pain in my upper abdominal area, and in my back between my shoulder blades, feels like a knife stabbing. my stomache would hurt only at night, wake me up feeling like something was between my ribs, once i got up out of bed it would go away. now its like there all the time.not always a hurt but feels like something is there. i get bloated, feel pressure like i can't breath and for the past 2 days had dirreah. anyone know what this could be, i been researching on the net, sounds like pancreitas is the best match for my symptoms.
